Want to learn more about fishing? Maybe you want to learn how to fish? Do you feel uncertain about what equipment to use, what features are suitable when, what to look for in nature? How do you navigate among all the islands? You may want to learn more, ie you have a basic knowledge but want to take it to the next level!

The questions can be many when you are going out with your family. Then you have found the right one!

You will learn about basic theory about fishing in the Stockholm Archipelago and the species that live in our waters, as well as other valuable knowledge about fauna and nature that will take you one step further.

Fishing course XL — fishing school where you gain knowledge with you that will make you a better fisherman.

We will gather at 08.00 in Vaxholm Harbour, about 45 minutes from the City and the first stop will be Glashuset at our base Villa HelleBo.

The day starts with breakfast and a theory review with our fishing guide Bosse. When we feel that the fishing starts to drag, we go down to the boat and we go out together in the Stockholm archipelago.

Once at our first fishing spot, the guide will rehearse some of what is said during the theory session and then we will start.

All ingestion included. In the morning we take a short break with hot and cold drinks and good coffee. For lunch it will be hot goulash soup and cheese sandwich, alternatively a salad in warmer weather. Of course, an afternoon snack is also included. The lake sucks!

Of course you can bring your own equipment and get tips and advice on how best to use it, feel free to let us know if you do, keep in mind not to bring too much that takes up a lot of space.

What we fish for is seasonal -- pike, perch, sea trout

Whether you are an experienced fisherman or a beginner, there is something for everyone here. Catching your first fish or your biggest fish ever can be a memorable experience.

The time of year and how cold it is in the water is what largely controls what is fished. Generally we fish pike and perch during the warmer period and sea trout (Archipelago) and pike during the colder. Methods are spin and fly fishing.

We want you to join us to learn about the fish and what methods and equipment work in different circumstances. We put it completely at your level and we make sure you get the right equipment. Fishing is also an activity suitable for everyone regardless of the condition.

The price includes up to 4 people, but if you would be 5, email us and tell us about the constellation in the group and we will see if it works.

All meals are included, breakfast lunch and coffee, life jackets and overalls as well as equipment.

We do not recommend the tour for children under 8 years of age as a full day in the younger ages tends to be a bit much, but if fishing is passionate, there are always exceptions. Please let us know if this is the case before you book.
