Fishing in the Stockholm archipelago or Lake Mälaren with a fishing guide is a memory for a lifetime. We want to give our guests an experience that lives on.
The archipelago and Lake Mälaren are fantastic places all year round. A fantastic place with a beautiful nature and a rich history. Here you can get away from the hustle and bustle of the city and relax. Perhaps the most glorious spring and autumn. A perfect place for creative events and meetings that also provides time for relaxation and reflection for both individuals and companies.
The fishing in our area is diverse and exciting, also giving you a chance to learn about the local culture and history. Many of the islands in the archipelago have a rich history, and fishing has been an important part of life here for centuries.
Most people also have some kind of relationship with fishing and fishing is today the world's biggest hobby! In Sweden alone we have almost 2 million practitioners, in Europe more than 50 million!
Catch&Relax is here for everyone regardless of level
Whether you are an experienced fisherman or a beginner, there is something for everyone here. Catching your first fish or your biggest fish ever can be a memorable experience.
The time of year and how cold it is in the water is what largely controls what is fished. Generally we fish pike and perch during the warmer period and sea trout (Archipelago) and pike during the colder. Methods are spin and fly fishing.
We want you to join us to learn about the fish and what methods and equipment work in different circumstances. We put it completely at your level and we make sure you get the right equipment. Fishing is also an activity suitable for everyone regardless of the condition.

What's included
Fishing includes everything - boat, fishing guide, equipment, overalls, life jackets, coffee basket with cold and hot drinks, coffee bread.
During the whole day even lighter lunch.
Handy to note
\ * The boss who will be your guide has mobile number 070-556 0952.
\ * Throughout the year we fish for pike and perch on spin fishing and during the colder part when the waters are below 11 degrees we also fish for sea trout in the Archipelago.
\ * Dress according to the “Dress according to the weather” principle. Asking participants to wear a good windbreaker and comfortable shoes is recommended.

Your preferences regarding fishing and anything else you want us to know and take into account?
\ * Please let us know your sizes for rainwear/overalls. Sizes range XXS-XXXL In warmer weather, the overalls can be replaced with rainwear in case of rain.
\ * If anyone has an allergy that might be good for us to know?
\ * We always take care of the safety of our guests! Therefore, we need to know if anyone in your company has any back problems. The guide/skipper in front of the boat you will be travelling with needs to know this.
